Tony Benvenuti spent 30 years in the Building Materials space, 25 as CEO & President of a wholesale distribution company with locations up and down the east coast United States. He started with the company as a driver, warehouse, inside sales, outside sales, regional manager and then CEO over a 5 year period. He knows how to help build a successful, empowering culture, with trust and accountability. He led the company through 3 sale processes (2 times to Private Equity and once to a competitor) and multiple acquisitions.
In 2022, Tony began advising companies and executives to improve performance. He works with teams , companies and executives in all industries. Some of his clients include a Tech Firm Building out a Building Materials Platform, a Porcelain tile manufacturer, a chain of Donut shops, an industrial supply distributor, a wholesale flooring company, and due diligence for Private Equity groups looking to make acquisitions.
