Jen Ross

Jen Ross is a seasoned marketing and operations leader with over two decades of experience supporting executive teams, optimizing workflows, and advancing strategic initiatives. As Chief of Staff at Sellside Group, she brings a distinctive blend of communication expertise, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to the executive office.


Before joining Sellside, Jennifer led marketing operations for a global travel firm, managing a distributed team and enhancing collaboration across departments. She also founded a consultancy focused on helping small businesses scale through tailored growth strategies, and later directed marketing and communications at a leadership development organization, where she expanded its executive programming and thought leadership platform.


Her career spans client and agency settings, from early-stage ventures to Fortune 100 companies, with deep experience in digital strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder alignment. Jen is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and ability to bring clarity and calm to complex environments.


She holds an MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University and a BA in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Jen lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband and three daughters.
