Sasho has over 20 years of senior executive and CEO experience in challenging and competitive markets from both corporate and PE in Europe, including Coca-Cola, Heineken and AB Inbev in FMCG field, Johnson Controls in automotive, Zobele Holding in chemicals, Condotte in renewable & construction, Inso in clinical centers, SSE Group in civil explosives for mining industry, and Best Solutions in board advisory space.
Sasho specialized in working with companies that face challenges on drive mindset, adapting to change & growth by applying proven approaches from 3G Capital, CVC Capital Partners and various corporate businesses. His expertise includes strategy, executing strategy, operations management, change management, corporate culture, turn-around and M&A.
Sasho is member of global networking organizations, building relationships between individuals and companies for long and prosperous relationship. He is also active member of Rotary International since 2014.
Sasho has a BS in Electrical Engineering and executive MBA in General Management from Sheffield University.
Sasho is married with two children and lives in North Macedonia and Greece. He enjoys seaside activities and mountain hiking.
