Kristi Dannelley

Managing Director

Kristi Dannelley is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, speaker and long-time financial executive. She has spent more than two decades as a CPA and more than 25 years running businesses. After successfully exiting her own print, marketing and 3PL business in 2021, Kristi developed a passion for helping other business owners grow and thrive.  She utilizes a unique skillset of strategic financial, operational, marketing and visionary acumen to help companies maximize their value, scale and exit.


Kristi currently serves as principal of GreenPoint CFO, a fractional CFO firm that serves clients nationwide. GreenPoint CFO was founded out of Kristi’s desire to help other businesses owners.  Her vast experience as an owner/operator, former CEO, COO and CFO has given her the strategic financial and operational skills needed to help deliver value.   


She is well-versed in:

  • Strategic planning

  • Mergers and acquisition

  • Turn-around consulting

  • Cash flow management and profit growth

  • Lean manufacturing and process improvement

  • Debt and equity capital raises

She also offers invaluable marketing expertise as a certified Digital Marketing Strategist, having completed over 200 hours of coursework.


Kristi is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Arkansas Society of Public Accountants, and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission’s Science and Technology committee.  In her spare time, Kristi enjoys volunteering in her local community. She has served many organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, Junior Achievement, and The Rotary Club of Little Rock.   Kristi is a former committee member of the Southwest Women’s Regional Business Council and Printing Industry Financial Executives Council and former board member of the Henderson State University Alumni Board and board of trustees for the Leadership Greater Little Rock program.


Kristi has frequently been named Arkansas Business to the Arkansas 250; a list of influential Arkansans shaping industry, government and quality of life.  In 2018, Kristi was named as an inaugural member of the Reddie 5 Class; a group of Henderson State University alumni impacting industry and community. She was also named one of Little Rock Soiree Magazine’s Women to Watch for her impact on business, philanthropy and the community.


Kristi resides in Benton, Arkansas with her husband, Scott, and sons, Connor and Cole.
