Hasen Alkoraishi

Hasen is a M&A Analyst and Team Lead at SellSide Group, where he works closely with senior bankers to support M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. He focuses primarily on healthcare and technology businesses, assisting founders, management teams, and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle. His responsibilities span financial analysis, valuation, market research, buyer outreach, and diligence support, with an emphasis on delivering thoughtful, execution-oriented advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Before joining SellSide Group, Hasen developed a strong foundation at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and operations through roles in investment banking, private credit, and clinical research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Finance from the University of Southern California. Known for his analytical rigor, Hasen is passionate about helping businesses navigate complex strategic decisions and achieve successful outcomes in high-stakes transactions.
