Bhakti Parwani

Bhakti graduated from Brandeis University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics.

She began her career as an intern during her junior year and continued full-time after graduating, eventually rising to the role of Associate. Her primary focus is in the Precision Machining space, where she works with both buy-side and sell-side clients. She especially loves the strategic advisory, negotiation, and due diligence aspects of M&A. Bhakti is passionate about helping business owners find the right home for the companies they’ve spent their lives building, ensuring their legacy continues.

Outside of work, Bhakti is based in Chicago, where she enjoys playing tennis and running.
