Yonni Wattenmaker

After nearly 14 years as Executive Director of Breast Cancer Alliance, Yonni resigned from her role to pursue new career opportunities. As Executive Director, Yonni elevated BCA into one of the most prominent, high‑impact breast cancer charities in the country, raising over $20 million for research, education, fellowships, and support services. While leading BCA, she secured grants aiding underserved patients, supported breast surgery fellowships, and funded innovative breast cancer research.
In recognition for her accomplishments, Yonni earned accolades like WAG Magazine’s “40 Fascinating Women” (2019) and YWCA’s “Woman Who Inspires” (2021.) In addition to her role at Sellside, she is also co-founder of On The Coast Property Group, a property management and events company serving the Charleston, South Carolina area.
Based in both Charleston and San Juan, Puerto Rico, Yonni has one son and a growing blended family. She holds a BA from The George Washington University and most recently completed her second certification as a health coach in both Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She also created and co-hosts an internationally syndicated women’s health and wellness podcast, Her Health Compass.
