Tony W is a seasoned business leader with a knack for effective leadership. With a passion for custom engineered solutions and material processing technology, Tony brings together all the necessary trades for flawless metal fabrication projects. Leading trusted contract manufacturers across Asia for high-tech OEMs and committed to driving growth and advancement across companies and the industry.

Prior to joining Sellside Group, Tony held a senior management position at Danco a division of NCH group, where he spent eight years of precious career including time spent leading product line review(PLR) projects, managing a diverse portfolio of over 2000 SKUs in categories and was able to bring costs down by 25% during the course of tariff. Tony's expertise in streamlining and enhancing access to top-notch suppliers in plumbing and HVAC sectors with a comprehensive range of products including faucets, shower heads, sinks, drains, valves and brass fittings for esteemed key clients such as Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Wal-Mart, and Costco. 

Before Danco, Tony began his professional career as a merchandiser and quality controller for a prominent European textile dealer. In the early stages of his career, he gained valuable insight into global business practices and developed a keen understanding of manufacturing and supply chains.

Tony holds a B.A in English Language and a Master's Degree in International Business at UNNC. He has been married 16 years to his wife Kati and blessed with a 14-year-old daughter. They currently reside in Ningbo China and enjoy traveling around the world.
