With over 30 years of experience spanning community building, fundraising, event planning, sales leadership, and strategic networking, Susan brings a dynamic and people-centered approach to everything she does. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, serving as a development professional for several organizations in the Dallas area.
More than 15 years ago, Susan made a pivotal career shift when she partnered with the entrepreneurial founders of a then-emerging menswear brand. Drawn to their vision of delivering luxury custom clothing directly to men, she became one of the early partners as a personal stylist at J.Hilburn. Since then, Susan has built a loyal clientele, consistently ranking as a top performer and playing a key role in shaping the brand’s growth and identity.
Whether in her professional endeavors or volunteer work, Susan is known for building meaningful connections and fostering community.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Susan is married and the mother of three. She holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and is a proud Longhorn. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for live music, travel and the Texas Rangers.
