Pablo de Mora

Mr. de Mora, DVM MBA and Master’s in Economy is a certified Board Member by ICA (Madrid). He has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With close to 20 years in senior executive roles, he has been a key contributor to senior Global Leadership and Executive Committees as well as Regional Head and General Manager in leading pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. de Mora has led teams in a broad range of therapy areas. His career span covers successfully launching and managing blockbuster brands in Primary Care, leading Rare Disease teams in Specialty Care, as well as managing Generic and Biosimilar businesses both locally and globally. In addition to his executive roles in pharma companies, Mr. de Mora has also held Executive Committee roles at the Pharma Industry Association.

The combination of domestic, regional, and global roles with P&L responsibility positions Mr. de Mora as a valuable advisor to biotech companies wanting to expand their business. His main area of focus and expertise is using innovation to turn around and grow businesses by creating high performing teams with the highest ethical standards.

Although originally from Spain, most of his education and professional experience has been abroad, mainly in France, the US and Switzerland where he currently resides. Mr. de Mora is married and has 2 children. He enjoys practicing sports like triathlons, golf and windsurfing.
