Kipp Bush is a global, seasoned executive with 34 years of experience leading and managing family owned, public and PE owned, distribution and manufacturing companies. Skilled in problem solving and continuous process improvement methodologies with oversight and implementation of system optimization while delivering profitable and sustainable, long term growth strategies.

Before joining Sellside, Kipp was the Chief Operating Officer for Jackson Cast Stone/Jackson Pottery, a manufacturer and distributor of premium concrete planters and ceramic pottery. Prior to that, Kipp held various leadership roles in Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing/Supply Chain and Operations. Extensive background in industrial MRO distribution with Lawson Products, Partsmaster (NCH) and Winzer Corporation, where he was the interim President/CEO. Kipp started his career with Stanley Black & Decker and held various sales and marketing leadership roles.
