Dong Eun Kim is a seasoned multinational executive with deep experience scaling industrial chemical, water treatment, and specialty maintenance businesses across the Asia Pacific region. As former President of NCH Asia Pacific, he led operations spanning 12 countries, increasing revenue from $105M to $180M and driving a 390% increase in EBITDA through disciplined P&L management and operational transformation.

He has overseen cross-functional teams of more than 1,800 employees across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Technical Field Services, and successfully transitioned regional operations toward higher-margin, contract-based service models. Earlier in his career, he led market expansions and operational turnarounds across Korea and Japan, delivering substantial EBITDA growth and securing major regional accounts.

Dong Eun holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, a BBA from Korea University, and completed an exchange program at McGill University. He lives in Taipei, Taiwan with his wife and three daughters.
