Don Klenk is a Senior Operations Executive with global leadership experience. His focus is on Change Management and Culture Development, Strategic Deployment & Continuous Improvement, S&OP/SIOP Development & Execution. This coupled with his Exceptional Leadership skills provides the foundation for identifying and executing profit generating initiatives & activities across Facilities and Product portfolios.

Don has held various Leadership and Management responsibilities for the past 30 years at Briggs & Stratton Corporation. His primary responsibilities were leading the Operations/Supply Chain teams through various key world events and market forces driving flexibility and improvement initiatives.
Don and his wife Cindy live in Nashotah, WI where they raised their 3 daughters. He and his family enjoy many outdoor summer and winter activities and quality time spent with friends and family.
