Don Allen

Don is an established entrepreneur and revenue consulting executive with an impressive track record in the startup world. His extensive experience includes co-founding six startups and  three successful exits over his extensive career.  As the CEO of Strut Partners since 2016, he has helped scale multiple startups from $5 million to over $25, $50, and $100 million in revenue. 

Don's expertise spans a wide range of technology sectors, including: Cloud services, SaaS , Global Data Center Sales, High Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).  

In his role as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer, Don works closely with Founders and CEOs to develop strategic plans and tailored solutions for revenue scale. His ability to understand and

addressing client needs has been a key factor in his success.  His professional ecosystem and knowledge across the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Family Office space is extensive.  

Beyond his own ventures, Don is deeply involved in fostering entrepreneurship as a Mentor at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center (DEC) and Capital Factory, as well as, is active in his involvement at the Spears Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership at SMU and UTD's Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
