Dean Daisy is a multidimensional business leader with a proven track record of guiding companies through complex challenges and transformative growth. As both an attorney and a CPA, he brings a rare blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise, enabling him to develop integrated solutions that strengthen organizational capabilities, align incentives, and accelerate profitability. His multidisciplinary approach allows him to synthesize complex variables into clear, strategic action that drives efficiency and supports long-term corporate objectives.

Throughout his career, Dean has worked across a diverse range of industries, including federal government contracting, construction, systems integration, property management, logistics, and legal services. He has deep experience navigating highly regulated environments and holds an active TS/SCI clearance.

Dean’s expertise spans strategic planning, turnaround consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. He is highly skilled in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, complex negotiations, and issue resolution. His operational and financial leadership includes budgeting, cash management, financial planning and analysis, debt reduction, subcontractor and vendor management, and benefits administration. He also brings hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations, business expansion, process improvement, policy development, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance.

Dean holds a BS in Finance and a JD from Valparaiso University, as well as an LLM from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of YPO and resides in Virginia with his wife and their three children.
