Daniel is a seasoned executive and former business owner with over 15 years of experience leading and scaling companies in the fashion and retail industry. He held full P&L responsibility, oversaw multi-location operations, and drove regional and international expansion, while also being directly involved in joint ventures and strategic acquisitions and divestitures within the business.

He brings deep operational expertise and a practical, end-to-end understanding of how businesses are built, scaled, and transitioned. Daniel works closely with business owners to help them maximize value, evaluate strategic alternatives, and navigate complex M&A transactions with clarity and confidence.

Daniel holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and is an active member of YPO Mexico. Based in Mexico, he focuses on advising mid-market companies on sell-side and buy-side transactions, leveraging his experience and strong network to deliver exceptional outcomes.
