Yash Verma is an M&A Analyst at Sellside Group, where he works closely with Managing Directors on buy-side and sell-side engagements across a range of industries. He supports deal execution through market research, financial analysis, and direct outreach to founders, executives, and investors to advance transactions aligned with client objectives.

Prior to Sellside Group, Yash was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, where he supported various engagements involving financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and cross-border coordination. He collaborated closely with clients and third parties to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to professional standards.

Yash holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. He brings a strong analytical foundation and a relationship-first, execution-focused approach to every engagement.
