Tessa Hejka

Tessa is an M&A Analyst at Sellside Group, where she works directly with Managing Directors to support transaction execution and client engagement across the consumer products and services space. She also serves as a team lead, supporting internal coordination, mentoring, and day-to-day execution across the Business Development team.

Prior to Sellside Group, Tessa spent nearly a decade in the cosmetology industry, beginning her career in 2014 and advancing into leadership roles in service-driven businesses. She managed high-volume salon operations, led teams to performance and sales targets, maintained service quality standards, and later drove district-level training and SOP adoption to strengthen customer experience and operational consistency across multiple locations.

Tessa lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two dogs and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
