Rohith Meka

Rohith Meka is an M&A Analyst at Sellside Group, supporting Managing Directors on the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a focus on the Human Capital sector. He supports clients throughout the transaction process, including market research, deal sourcing, buyer outreach, diligence support, and relationship management.

He earned his law degree from NALSAR University of Law in India and completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at UC Berkeley School of Law, where he focused on business-oriented legal subjects and developed a strong interest in negotiations and the commercial dynamics of M&A. He began his career at Sellside Group as an intern following his graduation from Berkeley and continued full-time thereafter.

He enjoys the strategic and execution-oriented aspects of M&A, particularly identifying the right counterparties and supporting negotiations to help founders evaluate opportunities aligned with their long-term goals. He is passionate about helping business owners find the right home for the companies they’ve worked hard to build.

Rohith is based in New York and enjoys playing golf and cricket.
