M&A Analyst

Divine Samuel is an M&A Analyst at Sellside Group, where he works directly with Managing Directors to execute both buy-side and sell-side engagements. He supports clients across multiple industries including but not limited to Media and Entertainment, Financial Services, and Technology. With a hands-on approach to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and relationship management, Divine is focused on driving outcomes that align with client goals whether they’re seeking strategic acquisitions or evaluating exit opportunities. His ability to build trust with founders, executives, and investors makes him a valuable partner throughout the transaction process.



Before joining Sellside Group, Divine held roles in corporate finance at PwC, venture capital, and operations at high-growth startups like Sweetgreen. He is also the founder of Kanata Indonesia, a direct-to-consumer ergonomic furniture company. Divine holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Known for his work ethic, commercial intuition, and relationship-first mindset, Divine brings a blend of analytical discipline and entrepreneurial perspective to every engagement.
