Ben Richardson

Ben is a New Orleans native, born and raised in Louisiana. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where he studied Management Consulting and Entrepreneurship, building a strong foundation in strategic thinking, operational improvement, and business growth.

Ben began his career at Sellside Group, spending three years with the firm and rising to the role of Senior Associate. During his tenure, he gained hands-on transactional experience across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, finance, consulting, and health clubs. His work supported both buyers and sellers through complex deal processes, sharpening his expertise in origination, negotiation, and strategic advisory.

Today, Ben leads the firm’s Professional Services practice, where he helps white-collar service organizations identify meaningful acquisition opportunities and secure strong exit outcomes. He is passionate about guiding business owners through the full lifecycle of a transaction and ensuring they achieve their ideal strategic, financial, and personal goals.

Outside of his professional role, Ben is based in New Orleans, where he enjoys spending time with his family and his dog.
