Marc Strandquist has over 35 years of experience in the C-Parts industry as a global executive leader overseeing companies in Europe, South America and North America. Mr. Strandquist has 24 years holding C-Suite positions at 5 industrial distribution and manufacturing organizations where he created value for multi- billion-dollar parent organizations. He began his C- Suite career with smaller companies with sales of $40 to $50 million dollars in sales before transitioning to Wurth Industry of North America with sales of $850m then to Optimas Solutions with sales of $650m.
Marc is a pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative business leader skilled at managing distribution and manufacturing sites’, output, quality, productivity, and cost containment. He excels at developing and executing strategic plans, driving centralization, efficiency, synergy, profitability, and M&A activity. He fosters positive company culture, delivers world class operations, sharpens employee engagement, and effectively builds and leads diverse teams to achieve business objectives.

Outside of industrial distribution and manufacturing, Marc was in the Army Reserves as an Infantry officer and left as a Captain. He has been married for 36 years and has three children and two grandsons. Marc coached Little League baseball for twenty years and is an avid fisherman and hunter.
