Donald (Don) Carafiol
Don started out as a young sales representative for NCH Corporation. During his 40 year career with NCH he advanced through the ranks of this $1 Billion Maintenance Chemical company, to run domestic sales with over 900 sales representatives, 65+ managers as well as marketing, sales support, recruiting and training departments all reporting to him. Don’s objective was always to increase sales, manpower and profits with results based on clear measurable objectives.
Upon retiring from NCH Don started DEC Management Consultants with the mission “to insure leaders possess the knowledge and skills to develop highly productive employees and maximize results”.
Don leads Sellside Groups practice in sales and sales management training and leadership programs
Don is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Marketing.
