Clarisa Estol

Clarisa has +25 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, General Management, and Guiding companies through financial crisis and economic volatility.


She was the first female CEO and Chairman of the Board for a Financial Institution in Argentina.


She is an expert and a much sought-after speaker for Leadership, Economic, Diversity & Inclusion, Life Balance, and Gender Issues.


She has steered both big and small companies and everything in between; public and private companies; privately held, government-held and mixed. Her industry expertise is also quite varied spanning, among others, Financial Institutions, Banking, Fintech, Agrobusiness, Real Estate, Biotech, Pharma, and Energy.


Clarisa has also participated in the public sector acting as Secretary of State in the Argentine Ministry of ICTs.


In 2018, she was Chair of the G-20 Business Women Leaders´ Task Force advising the G-20 leaders on policies to increase women´s participation in the economy.


She has participated in Public Private Partnerships and renegotiated companies´ debt at times of crisis and default. She has founded several companies in the Health and Biotech industries, expanding them in Latin America, and taking some of them public in the international markets.


She holds an Economics degree with honors from the University of Buenos Aires, and a Master of Science in Management (also with honors) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Clarisa is married and has 4 children, lives in Buenos Aires and enjoys traveling and sports.
