Prior to joining Sellside Group, Brian was President and COO with Advanced Service Solutions and CCO of Ringers Gloves, where sales doubled and EBITDA grew by 200%. He led the sale of both companies to strategic buyers generating outstanding returns to the owners.
Brian has held general operations management and senior-level commercial leadership positions for $5M to $200M revenue organizations in the facilities management, PPE, specialty chemicals, and consumer industries. Specializing in business development initiatives, strategic planning, and execution. Brian has been instrumental in creating value-add programs that have generated over a $100M in new business annually, expanded channel partnerships resulting in 300% revenue growth, implemented strategic plans and converted product and service portfolios to improved profitability, among other achievements. He has a long history with M&A’s, having successfully acquired and integrated numerous businesses during his career.
He is a graduate of Rhode Island College with Bachelor of degrees in Business Administration/Finance and Economics. Brian and his wife live in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.
